In 2009 Diploma was announced as the principal partner of the WA based National Basketball (NBL) team, the Perth Wildcats. Diploma has a great deal of respect for the Perth Wildcats because they continually strive for sporting excellence and contribute a great deal to the community, both on and off the court.

Diploma’s community support extends to a range of other initiatives including community events, membership programs to support residents and local businesses, and always employing local trades and sub-contractors if and where possible.

Diploma’s social initiatives are also an integral feature within the company itself and Diploma prides itself on its human resource policies, health and safety regulations, and community and stakeholder relations which are vital to ensure the long term social sustainability of the business and its staff.
