Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Diploma is currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Admin Assistant at their Head Office, based in Belmont. The position requirements are varied and consists of two days as Receptionist and three days as Admin Assistant. Your responsibilities will include switchboard operation, mail distribution, customer contact, filing and other general admin duties. The successful candidate will project a professional and courteous image to persons contacting the company, through face to face and phone interaction, and they will provide admin support to their team at Head Office. The winning applicant will have good communication skills both written and verbal, good organisational skills, excellent computer skills and must have the ability to work autonomously and operate efficiently and effectively within a team. Previous experience within the construction industry is preferable.

An exciting opportunity exists within the Diploma Construction team in the role of Admin Assistant. This role will provide support to Project Managers and Contract Administrators and will be based at an office on site. We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant with good communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organisational and computer skills, and must be able to work autonomously and as a team member. In order to be considered for these exciting roles, we are looking for the following skills and expertise:
Project Manager - A demonstrated track record in project management for Construction Projects to the value of $30M or over, with a minimum of 10 years experience to support this. Must hold a professional qualification in Construction.
Structural Engineer - Demonstrated track record in structural engineering for construction projects, (26 levels and upwards) with a minimum of 10 years experience to support this. Must hold a professional qualification in Structural Engineering.
Senior Site Manager - Must have substantial knowledge and experience in Site Management for high rise construction projects, (15 levels and upwards) to the value of $40M, knowledge and experience in Occupational Health & Safety regulations, and excellent communication skills. A minimum of eight years experience and a tertiary qualification is required.
Site Manager - Knowledge and experience in Site Management for low level construction projects, $10M-$40M. Must have excellent communication skills, and a minimum of seven year's experience within the construction industry.

Maintenance Manager
An excellent opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join our maintenance team in the role of Maintenance Manager. This position reports to the General Manager - Construction, and is responsible for the management and coordination of all defects from numerous projects during the defects liability period. They will have a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of the members of the team, liaise with contractors, prepare job cards and ensure works are completed in a timely manner and to a high industry standard. The recommended applicant will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, good organisational and problem solving skills, and the ability to effectively lead and manage a team. They must have a minimum of ten years' experience within construction or in a similiar role.

The recommended applicant will have experience with CHEOPS (accounting package), excellent communication skills and a proven track record with project management for commercial construction projects.
